About Me

Hello there!

Thank you for visiting my website. I currently call Shreveport, Louisiana home, but I still consider myself a Mississippian. My love for my home town of Natchez, and growing passion for my new community amongst other interests, inspired me to create The Robot Sky (which is currently on hiatus). It is a site that features a blog, podcast, and general hub for our many passions. Since its creation, two of my articles have gone on to be published in magazines. More recently, I have delved into storytelling about unique and little known subjects on my second website, What’s That Story?.

I graduated Cathedral High School in 2010 and spent a few years working as the Coordinator of Student Activities for the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where I graduated with a BBA focused in Marketing in the spring of 2015. I currently teach High School Geography to 9th graders.

In my free time I enjoy drawing, painting, writing, playing music, and traveling with my wife, Geena. Other interests include genealogy and learning new cultures, stories, and traditions. Whenever I go back home, I spend most of my time either fishing or playing with our dogs.

Feel free to keep up with me on social media:
